Reader Service Department

The main areas of work of the Department are:

1.   Full and prompt library and bibliographic service of readers with literature in accordance with their information requests.
2.   Ensures the safety of the book collection.
3.   Organizes cultural and educational events.
4.   Library subscription in the order of electronic queue issues textbooks and teaching aids in Kazakh, Russian and English languages for one semester or academic year, if necessary extends for one term of study.
5.  The fiction literature subscription provides literary works by national and world classics in Kazakh and Russian languages for a period of one month and extends them upon the reader’s request.Contacts:

Inclusive information resources hall

The Inclusive Information Resources Hall provides access to library resources and offers informational support to readers with special educational needs.

Reading Hall Equipment:

reading machine with CLEARREADER+ speech synthesizer;

textbooks printed in Braille;

portable Braille tactile display;

Braille embosser printer (for relief-dot printing).

Opening Hours:

Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Sunday — day off

The last day of each month is a sanitation day.
