Reader Services Department
The main objective is to provide library users with high-quality, prompt, and accessible library and information services, as well as to provide publications necessary for their educational, research, and professional activities.
Main tasks of the Department:
providing library, bibliographic, and information services to users;
ensuring access to textbooks, educational and methodological materials, scientific publications, and fiction from the library collection;
responding to users’ information requests promptly and effectively;
providing the necessary literature to support educational and research activities;
organizing the lending and return of library materials and facilitating users’ access to the library collection;
organizing events aimed at improving readers’ information culture and library literacy;
ensuring an accessible and inclusive service environment for users with special educational needs.
