International Scientific and Practical Conference «Library Interaction: Contemporary world trends in the development of university library» is held annually on the basis of the scientific library of the ENU named after L.N.Gumilyov and provides a platform for discussion of topical issues:
- trends in the development of contemporary university library and information and library support of higher education and science;
- modern software and hardware solutions to ensure the quality of services offered by the university library;
- information resources of university libraries: experience and perspectives of their formation and promotion in the academic environment;
- modern priorities and trends in the formation and modernisation of university libraries;
- topical issues of professional education of librarians and improvement of their professional skills.
Heads and leading specialists of higher education libraries of Kazakhstan and foreign countries, researchers in the field of librarianship are invited to participate in the conference.
